Dr Marija Antanavičiūtė
Seconded Policy and Foresight Fellow at Nuffield Council on Bioethics
Dr Marija Antanavičiūtė is a seconded Policy and Foresight Fellow at Nuffield Council on Bioethics, where she is co-developing the Rapid Ethics Assessment tool. She is also a Research and Policy Fellow at “Ethics & Expertise” research project at University of Birmingham (UK). The project (2023-2027) is a collaboration between British, German and Australian scientists and NCOB to compare the ethical advisory landscapes in three countries. The project focuses on how ethical expertise and advice to governments is organised, particularly during times of crisis. Her research and professional interests focus on integrating ethics into public institutions and complex bureaucratic systems.
