James Rogers

James is a Deputy Director in the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government, where he leads work to improve support and public service collaboration for people experiencing homelessness, rough sleeping and multiple disadvantage. James joined the Civil Service in 2008 and has worked in a range of roles on public services, including DWP in strategy, policy and operational roles, as well as Cabinet Office working on health, social care and education policy.
