Crossbench peer and former head of the cross-government, Respect Task Force

The Baroness Casey of Blackstock DBE CB became a Crossbench peer in the House of Lords in October 2021. She is an independent advisor for social welfare, crime, housing and homelessness, social cohesion, inclusion and diversity and a range of other topical issues. Louise is involved in a number of charities including as a trustee of The King Charles’s Charitable Fund, co-founder of the Coronation Food Project and is also a Visiting Professor at King’s College London.
